Paul Hellweg's Ode to a Drunken Muse [ see below ]
"loaded with heft ... the hollow emptiness of lonely moments ... Hellweg’s ironic voice ... enjoyable to read ... terse, packed with heavy thoughts on life, on death ... reflections on other writers and artists ... tuneful and ring in your head." - - MadSwirl.com - Mike Fiorito
Paul Hellweg's first book of poetry, Ode to a Drunken Muse via Amazon.com,
was published by Alien Buddha Press 2019.
The poems are not directly related to the Vietnam War,
but they do give a clear picture of what it's like to live with PTSD.
